Outricher / research / brighty-app · dataset P8

Dataset P8: the partner network's Shariah audience.

The second portrait in the "Niches & connections" family — and the most connection-driven of them all. Brighty has a public strategic alliance with HAQQ (shariah blockchain, Islamic Coin) — which turns the ecosystem's members and the wider Islamic-finance network across the EU and the Gulf into a warm, provable audience: a channel backed by a real partnership, not a guess. Two layers: the core is the partner ecosystem (HAQQ / ISLM); the overlay is Islamic neobanks and EU+Gulf banks. Brighty adds shariah-compliant accounts and halal crypto-to-fiat rails.

01Who we looked for, and why

This is the only portrait built on a partnership Brighty already has — which makes it uniquely warm.

Shariah audience (partner network)

CONNECTION + COMPANY SET

inside an ecosystem Brighty is already partnered with — and wants halal crypto banking

Why they're a customerBrighty has a public alliance with HAQQ (shariah blockchain / Islamic Coin). That makes the members of this network — plus the Muslim financial diaspora across the EU and Gulf — a uniquely warm audience. Brighty adds shariah accounts, ISLM, and halal crypto-to-fiat: a channel backed by a partnership.
Signal in the dataThe core is employees of the partner ecosystem (HAQQ / ISLM). The overlay is employees of Islamic neobanks and EU+Gulf banks. No hard title filter; role feeds into scoring.

02How many we found in total

Two layers: a small warm core (partner) + a large overlay (Islamic finance). Honestly: the HAQQ core is small — it's the trust anchor, the overlay carries the volume.

The core is deliberately not inflated (Iron honesty). The HAQQ ecosystem is ~34 people: small, but a real, public Brighty partner — a trust anchor. The volume is carried by the Islamic-finance overlay. Gulf banks each employ tens of thousands — we took 150 apiece to show findability without skewing the sample.

03How we built the sample

Strategy A (company set) + overlay. A balanced quota per organization; the large Gulf banks are capped so they don't dominate.

METHOD

Partner core + Islamic-finance overlay → current employees → person-level geo

04How we enriched it

A free layer from the database + a paid API pass for full career history.

Contacts, honestly. 45% have an email (449 of 1,007). The paid pass deepened career history (experience, education, skills). Where an email exists, it's real, from our own sources — we never invent addresses. Every profile is reachable (email / direct link) and carries a full career picture.

05Two markets: EU/UK now · Gulf for growth

A key split for prioritization: what's addressable right now (Brighty's market) versus what comes through the partnership (MENA expansion).

06Where they are now

The geography of Islamic finance: the Gulf (Dubai, Riyadh) is the market core, the UK is Europe's Islamic-fintech hub and Brighty's directly addressable segment.
