This is a candidate dataset for the ICP from report No. 5 — the fourth of six roles. Brighty is a regulated crypto-fiat neobank: EMI-grade onboarding, card and wallet, KYC/compliance flows, a single design system across app and web. This isn't "draw the screens" — it's owning the product experience at the intersection of regulation and crypto. For this role we assembled a live, verified, contactable pool of product designers from the same fintech and crypto donor companies that already supply Brighty with people — from Head of Design to promising mid-level talent. Not a raw list from open search — this is data engineering built for a specific hiring brief: who, why now, and how we found them — honestly, including what can't be found directly.

In report No. 5, product design is one of the roles that is hard to fill well: the designer market is large, but product designers who understand regulated fintech and crypto are scarce. For a crypto-fiat neobank, design isn't cosmetics — it's conversion: EMI-licensed onboarding, a KYC flow that doesn't scare users away, card/wallet/exchange in one coherent experience, and a design system that holds both app and web together. Bad design here means a drop in activation and regulatory friction; good design means trust and retention.
The usual path is to post a vacancy and sift through hundreds of applications from graphic designers and freelancers, or pay an agency. Below are 560 product designers already working at Brighty's donor companies — by name and with contacts.
Current Head of Design / Design Lead / Lead·Principal Product Designer / UX Lead / Senior Product·UX·UI Designer / UX Researcher / Product·UX·UI Designer at Brighty's donor companies (the ones the team has already come from), in the geographies where Brighty actually hires (EU/EEA + Switzerland + UK + UAE). This is an honest "floor" for the named set of companies — the full graph is larger.
| Donor company | Product designers (current, in hiring range) |
|---|---|
| Revolut | 243 |
| N26 | 111 |
| Monzo | 58 |
| Bitpanda | 41 |
| Binance | 30 |
| Coinbase | 22 |
| Nexo | 19 |
| TransferGo | 17 |
| Crypto.com | 9 |

A note on honesty: one donor returned no design records in our dataset — that's a genuine gap, and we're not hiding it. Offshore design centers outside the EU are excluded geographically (Brighty's hubs are Vilnius and Dubai).
Exactly what was asked for: the best, but not necessarily the most expensive. The pool of 302 candidates is split into two primary tiers — each with its own hiring economics — plus 6 adjacent profiles (motion / graphic / brand design) broken out separately. 169 + 127 + 6 = 302.
Already carry the Head of Design / Design Lead / Principal Product Designer / Senior Product Designer / UX Researcher title in licensed fintech. They can lead Brighty's design function from day one — set up the design system, own the product experience, hire the team. Of these, 74 are right now at the Head of Design / Design Lead / Principal level, another 81 are senior product/UX designers (strong ICs), and separately 14 are UX researchers (a rare, distinct function — product decisions on data, not taste). More expensive, but you're buying readiness, not potential.

Top of the funnel — real people from the dataset, sorted by score. The "portfolio / Figma" badge means a clear trace of tools and portfolio was found in the profile. This isn't a hypothesis — it's a line in the file.
Product / UX / UI Designers trained at tier-1 fintech, but "one step below lead". The career ladder Designer → Senior Designer → Lead → Head of Design is standard; a strong product designer with 2–4 years is a candidate for a senior role with a path to lead the function. Far cheaper than a senior hire, trained on a world-class product. Of these, 147 have been in the same role for ≥3 years — a structural "settled in, ready for the next step" signal.
| Candidate | Current role | Donor | Geo | Tenure in role | Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Esley Henrique | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | Germany | 4 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Lorenzo Mengolini | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 5.6 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Gustavo Cramez | Digital Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 5.9 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Liam Charnock | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 4.2 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Gabriel Matos | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 5.5 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Lucas Vallim | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 4.2 yr | A+ 13.5 |
| Ilia T. | Product Designer portfolio / Figma | Revolut | UK | 3.6 yr | A+ 13.5 |

CAVEAT: a mid-level hire fills a strong IC role with room to grow, but for the head of design / design-system owner to stand up the function, it's better to pull from Tier A. Don't mix the roles in one funnel.
Motion / graphic / brand designers — next to product design, but not its core. In the dataset they're marked with a separate tag so they don't get mixed into the target funnels A and B. Included for completeness of the pool.
Readiness to move isn't a guess — it's detected structurally from career data.
147 of 302 have been in their current role for ≥3 years without a title change. At a large fintech the design team is dozens of people; promotion is slow, and you're "one of many product designers." At Brighty the same person is the owner of the product experience with a direct path to Head of Design. This is the strongest pull trigger.
125 candidates come from Revolut, where the Brighty team has already come from (9 people on the team). Outreach with a reference — "your former colleague is already here and happy" — removes the main barrier to moving: trust in a young company.
67 already work in crypto-fintech (a crypto company as donor): they understand how to explain wallets, swaps, gas and risk to a user so they don't walk away. For a crypto-fiat neobank that's a rare, precise fit — not generic product design.
110 carry a clear trace of Figma / prototyping / design systems / user research in their profile — the thing that separates a product designer from someone who just draws mockups. It's a craft-level signal worth starting outreach on, with a final check against the live portfolio.
By function within the pool — it's clear this isn't "everyone under the word designer," but a structured product-design funnel.
| Function | People | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Product / UX / UI Designer | 127 | 42% |
| Senior Product / UX Designer | 81 | 27% |
| Design Lead / Principal Designer | 61 | 20% |
| UX Researcher | 14 | 5% |
| Head / Director / Manager of Design | 13 | 4% |
| Adjacent (motion / graphic / brand) | 4 | 1% |
| Adjacent (transferable) | 2 | 1% |
Honest finding: the broad word "designer" in fintech also includes graphic / motion / brand design — we deliberately demote them in scoring (the Adjacent tier), so the top of the funnel is product designers and UX researchers, not decorators. UX researchers (14 people) are broken out separately: this is the rare "decisions on data" function, often missed when hiring "just a designer."

We deliver email and phone only from verified sources — where there is none, it's NULL; we don't invent contacts. The portfolio signal is a trace in the profile text, not verification of live work: do the final craft assessment against the candidate's portfolio. Depth can be raised with targeted contact re-enrichment for the chosen tier.
This is a sample of what we do for any of the 6 roles from report No. 5 — and for any company. Name the role and tier and we'll assemble the next dataset in the same format: a verified pool, scoring, segments, contacts, evidence.
Tell us your target company or ICP and we'll deliver the dataset + a short analysis in the same format.
