Outricher / research / brighty-app · report №1

Brighty App, measured from the outside: company, team, hiring.

This first report proves one thing: we have complete, exportable data on your company and your team — and we assemble it locally, on demand, for any company. Here is exactly what we know about Brighty: who's on the team today, where these people came from, where they're based, who you're hiring. Everything below is measured against the external professional graph, with no access to your internal systems.

01What this report is

We took the public professional graph and pulled together everything it holds on Brighty App — at the company level and at the level of each individual person. This is the same dataset you can order from us on a recurring basis: people, roles, locations, career history, contacts — in JSONL / CSV / Excel.

The core message is simple: we already know your team by name, role and prior employers — and we can hand it over as a file. The only question left is which companies you want the same snapshot for.
45
people on the team — versus the "37" stated on the company page
82
data fields per person on average (career, education, location, contacts)
100%
of the team with a reconstructed career history
How to read this. "MEASURED" means the figure was counted directly from the dataset. Where the data is incomplete, we say so plainly — we never fill in what isn't there.

02The company: one detail worth flagging

Brighty App is a crypto-fiat neobank, incorporated in Baar (canton of Zug, Switzerland), founded in 2020. In the graph the company shows up as two pages on a single domain, brighty.app.

PageFollowersWhat it is
Brighty App (primary)4 201Active company page — the entire current team is tied here
Razz Finanzz (former name)1 147Page under the old legal name — a dormant duplicate on the same domain
A free leak. ~1 147 followers (≈21% of your entire professional audience) are "stuck" on the old page. That's an audience that thinks it's following you but never sees your updates. Fixable with zero budget — it just needs to be noticed.

03The team, broken down by function

45 people, 11 C-level — roughly one C-suite leader per ~4 people. That's a dense, structurally "grown-up" team for its size: the full top-management layer is already in place.

Compliance / AML / Risk2Thin in the current team — but see section 06 (you're actively hiring here)

Finance · Legal · Other3Accounting, legal, operations
What stands out. Engineering and leadership are the two largest groups. Yet Compliance is just 2 people on staff today, while the hiring history shows 15 of 68 roles (section 06). You're building the regulatory function right now.

04Geography: the team isn't Swiss

Only 3 of 45 people sit in Switzerland. The real team spans 17 countries, with two clear hubs: Lithuania (engineering + operations + support) and Dubai (business development).

13
Lithuania — the largest hub (engineering, operations, support)
9
UAE / Dubai — business development, B2B
3
Switzerland — headquarters, legal entity, part of top management

Then the "long tail": Kazakhstan 3, Latvia 2, Thailand 2, France 2, Spain 2, and one each in Georgia, Ukraine, Brazil, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, Azerbaijan, Australia, Portugal. For any personalized work (outreach, hiring, market geography) we filter by the person's location, not by the country of the legal entity — which matters precisely because the team is so distributed.

05The data we hold on each person

This is the heart of the report. For each of the 45 people, the dataset holds role, location, tenure, career history, education and — where available — contacts. Below is an anonymized slice (roles without names) — to show the shape of the data without exposing the team on a public page.

45 / 45

41 / 45
education — 91% of the team
Honest about the limits. There are no phone numbers for this team in the graph (0%), and not everyone has an e-mail — this is a crypto team, largely outside the US, where third-party contact data is simply scarcer. We deliver what exists, and we never invent an e-mail or a phone number. Missing contacts are sourced individually on request.
There's more depth. This report covers the current team (45). We also pulled the full archive: 45 current + 15 departed = 60 people, with tenure and where former employees are now. The analysis of attrition, the founding cohort, and team connections lives in report №4; to request the full archive, use the button in report №4.

06Where the team came from — a talent map

The reconstructed career history reveals the prior employers of the current team. This is Brighty's "talent map" — and, at the same time, a hint of where to find similar people.

Why this matters to you. A talent map works both ways: it explains who you already have — and gives you a ready-made list of "where to find more." Want 50 people with a "Revolut + crypto" profile for a specific role? That's exactly the dataset we build.

07Hiring: what you're building right now

The history shows 68 roles. The hiring profile reads unmistakably: you're building the regulatory and financial function of a neobank.

Hiring geography: Lithuania 29, Latvia 11, plus Poland, Switzerland, UAE. The pace is active: 16 roles in 2024, 15 in 2025, already 13 in the first half of 2026.

Open role right now: 1. Human Resources Operations Manager (Vilnius, Lithuania), posted 2026-02-10, live until 2026-08-10. The other 67 are closed/historical; we present them as a picture of hiring, not as "open positions."

What this means — and what we can do

One report, three proven points, in order.

01
We measured you — before you paid a cent
45 people versus the stated 37, two legal entities on one domain, ~1147 "stuck" followers, 17 countries, 11 C-level. Every figure is something you can verify against yourself. MEASURED
02
We have exportable people data — as a file, locally
Roles, locations, career, education, contacts — 82 fields per person on average, 38% already with an e-mail. JSONL / CSV / Excel. This isn't a "dashboard" — it's data you own. DELIVERABLE
03
And we'll repeat it for any company — on demand
A competitor's team, a segment's talent map, a list of people "similar to your best" — same mechanics, different input. That's what a subscription is, not a one-off report. REPEATABLE
Next step. Tell us the company (or segment) you want the same snapshot for — and we'll deliver the dataset plus a short analysis in the same format.
