Pull P7: web3-gaming / creator studios.

The first portrait from the "Niches & connections" family — narrow, but highly grounded. P7 is an employee or founder of an EU GameFi / NFT / creator studio. These studios live on crypto revenue and pay their teams and creators across borders. For them, Brighty is two products in one app: a business account for the studio (B2B) and "For Creators" for the people paid in crypto (B2C). One contact — two sales. This is Strategy A — a named company set, the same method proven on P3: we anchor on canonical studio IDs and read their current employees in the product zone.

01Who we looked for and why

A web3 studio is a rare case where a single company delivers both of Brighty's customer types at once.

COMPANY SET

employee / founder of an EU GameFi / NFT / creator-economy company

Why they're a customerThe studio lives on crypto revenue and pays contributors/creators across borders. Brighty offers both a business account (studio = B2B account) and the "For Creators" product (its creators = B2C users paid in crypto). Two pitches, one company.
Signal in the dataA current position at a canonical EU GameFi / NFT / creator studio. No hard job-title filter — everyone here is crypto-native; role only affects scoring (which of the two pitches fits whom).

02How many we found in total

A sample from 9 named studios — an illustration of the method. The full set is hundreds of EU web3-gaming/NFT/creator firms; it scales with the same "company set + product zone" technique.

Total (unique)607
9 studios is a sample, not a ceiling. The "company set + product zone" method scales across the entire EU web3-gaming/creator sector (hundreds of firms) with the same technique proven on P3 (4,238 across 9 crypto firms). In the table, each person is assigned to a single studio (after profile-level deduplication) — 607 unique in total.

03How we assembled the sample

Strategy A — a balanced quota per studio (a single LIMIT over the UNION would skew the sample toward the largest studios — an antipattern).

METHOD

Company set → current employees → personal geo

Anchorthe canonical company ID of each studio (the entity with the largest headcount — domain is not unique)
Filtercurrent position (is_current) + personal EU geo (location_country_code, not the company's country — Iron rule #5)
Quotaproportional to the EU pool, capped at 200/studio for diversity (largest share 19%)

04How we enriched it

A free layer from the database + paid API top-up of the full career history. Web3 audiences have public contacts more often than compliance professionals — hence the higher email coverage.

51%

211
enriched via paid API (full career)
107
fields on average per person (union 146)
Contacts, honestly. Email is available for 51% (310 of 607). Some web3 profiles are pseudonymous — there, the paid top-up raised career depth (experience, education, skills) rather than the contact. Where an email exists, it's real, drawn from our sources — we never fabricate addresses. Every profile is reachable (email / direct link) and carries the full career picture.

05Two pitches in one pull

This portrait is unique because the very same company delivers both of Brighty's customer types. The scoring flags who gets which pitch.

06Where they are now

The geography of web3 talent in the EU is concentrated: Paris (Sorare, The Sandbox) leads the way, followed by southern Europe.

08What this pull proves

01
One contact — two funnels — unique to a web3 studio
A studio is both a B2B account (business account) and a pool of B2C creators (For Creators). We flagged who gets which pitch: 14 executives + 39 creators in a single pull. ANALYZED
02
Findability proven on a live database — not assumed
607 crypto-native professionals from 9 named studios, 232 hot leads, 51% with email. The same method that produced 4,238 across crypto firms in P3 — scales to hundreds of EU web3 firms. MEASURED
03
The channel is concentrated — France 36%
Sorare and The Sandbox made Paris the capital of EU web3-gaming. The target audience fits into a few cities — cheap to find, easy to reach the community. MEASURED
A paired portrait. P8 (the Sharia audience of the partner network) is the second half of the "Niches & connections" family: a channel backed by a real Brighty partnership, not a guess.
