Pull P3: crypto-paid earners in the EU.
The third live pull against the persona from report №3 — and the largest hot audience (priority A+). Persona P3 — an employee at a crypto/Web3 company in the EU: they receive part of their compensation in tokens/stablecoins every month and hit Brighty's exact pain — turn crypto into spendable euros, get a real IBAN, pay by card, and park idle stablecoins at ~10% APY without hands-on DeFi. For most of them this isn't an abstract hypothesis but a recurring, real-world scenario (the exact payout form per person is inferred from the industry, not directly observed — see below). We found these people inside Brighty's operating zone, built a sample, enriched it via paid API, scored it, broke it into segments, and packaged it into a downloadable archive.

01Who we looked for, and why
If someone is paid in crypto and lives in Europe, every month they face exactly the task Brighty solves.
PERSONA P3 · FAMILY II (CRYPTO INCOME) · PRIORITY A+
Crypto-paid earner in the EU
LARGEST AUDIENCE
current employee at a crypto/Web3 company, resident of Brighty's operating zone
Why they're a customerAnyone working at a crypto/Web3 company regularly receives compensation in tokens/stablecoins and hits Brighty's pain: convert to fiat, get an IBAN, spend by card, and park idle stablecoins for yield. Everyone here is crypto-native — so no job-title filter is needed.
Signal in the dataCurrent employee at a crypto/Web3 company, resident of the product's zone. The B2B subset (founders / C-level) is a separate upsell into Brighty Business (ready-made B2B pull).

What's measured vs. what's an assumption. Measured (from career data): the person works right now at a crypto/Web3 company, in Brighty's geo. Assumption (strong industry signal): crypto-firm employees are far more likely to receive part of their income in tokens/stablecoins and are crypto-native — but we don't observe the exact payout form per person; we infer it from the industry. 31 people in the sample carry a direct text signal ("stablecoins / treasury / payroll") — for them the assumption is reinforced to observed.
02How many we found in total
The pool from a sample of 9 companies (matched by verified company ID, not by an ambiguous domain name). The full set of EU crypto firms is many times larger; the sample illustrates the method.

The sample is the floor, not the ceiling. 4,238 is the pool from just the 9 named companies. The ladder in practice: 9 firms = 4,238; 20 well-known EU crypto firms = 6,501 current employees in the EU (+53%); the full set (hundreds of firms) is many times larger. We show a verifiable slice tied to specific companies, not a theory.
03How we built the sample
1,052 people out of 4,238 — a balanced, deduplicated sample.
- A quota per firm, proportional to EU-team size; Bitpanda/Ledger capped for donor diversity.
- All current employees in Brighty's operating zone — no job-title filter (everyone is crypto-native).
- Deduplicated by profile: 1,215 rows → 1,052 unique people.
- The full canonical field set from the first query — compatible with enrichment and packaging.
04How we enriched it
A free layer from the database + a paid API top-up of the full career history. This crypto-native audience keeps contacts more public — so email coverage is high.
49%

427

78

Contacts. 49% have an email (518 of 1,052) — high: crypto-natives keep a public professional contact (open-source, web3 communities). Where an email exists, it's real and drawn from our sources; we do not fabricate contacts. Every profile is reachable (email / phone / direct link) and carries a full career picture.
05How we scored it
A p3_score (0–18) and an A+/A/B/C label. Base fit is high for everyone (all crypto-native) — scoring ranks by reachability and value.
