The sharpest short-horizon urgency in the book, and the easiest opening line a practice will ever write. A foreign national who has just finished a US MBA is on a countdown: post-completion practical training runs twelve months for a non-STEM program and up to thirty-six for a STEM-designated one, and after that comes an H-1B lottery he may not win. Which clock applies depends on how the program is classified — we deliver the class year and the school; the attorney confirms the clock. The qualifying arc is precise — a bachelor’s from outside the US followed by a US graduate degree — and that pair is exactly what separates a foreign national from an American who did a semester abroad. The degree is also the achievement record a petition gets built around, so this cohort converts on two arguments at once.

The volume
What was delivered, and from what
2,650 delivered in three batches inside eight days — from a count that cost nothing. We sized the cohort first with no extraction at all; he ordered 1,000 the same day, then 1,150, then 500 more.
The last 500 went through five adversarial QA rounds before shipping — 23 defects found, then ~50, then ~50, then 2, then clean — and ended with 144 pinned school-name test cases so those classes of error cannot come back.
